That fizzled at about the 3 week point, and there was a long break before I took this up again, mainly because I can’t stand not to finish a book if I’ve gotten past a certain point. You’re of two minds about drinking -- you both want to drink less but also feel like something is missing whenever you abstain. I’ll try to keep this succinct. I have been working really hard on my relationship with alcohol in the last couple years. I’ve been very proud of where I’ve come from and this book has given me tools and strategies to keep pushing.
